Treatments
Physiotherapy Treatment
All clients start by participating in a thorough assessment completed by a Registered Physiotherapist. A personalized treatment plan will be developed with you and treatment will be initiated day one. Our team is well-trained in a variety of treatment techniques and will utilize a blend of exercise, hands-on treatment and appropriate modalities to maximize your recovery.

McKenzie Trained Therapists
The McKenzie Method is a system of evaluating and treating spinal disorders and was developed by New Zealand Physiotherapist, Robin McKenzie. It is practiced extensively throughout the world in 40 countries and five continents. The majority of clinicians using this method in Canada are Registered Physiotherapists. All of our therapists are trained in the McKenzie technique and Grant is one of only a few Credentialed McKenzie Therapists in our region.

Active Release Technique (ART)
ART is a state-of-the-art soft tissue system/movement-based mobilization technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Every ART session is a combination of examination and treatment. The therapist uses their hands to evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of soft tissue, and then treat by applying tension with specific patient movements.
