Ritch graduated from the Human Kinetics program at the University of Windsor in 1986. After 5 years in the field of ergonomics and rehabilitation, he co-founded Proactive Ergonomic Concepts Inc. As a consultant, he has had the opportunity to provide disability management services to over 80 companies in Southwestern Ontario. Pinnacle Rehabilitation was founded in 1990 to better serve clients and provide Physiotherapy services to our local community.
Grant Gagnon

Grant graduated from the school of Physical Therapy at the University of Western Ontario in 1996. Since then, he has worked in the field of orthopaedics, taking several post graduate courses to improve his skills and knowledge in providing exemplary patient care. Grant is a Credentialed McKenzie Therapist providing care in the field of mechanical diagnosis and treatment of spinal and peripheral joint problems. His compassion along with his experience and skills has proven to be an effective combination in provided excellent therapy.
Mario Ruggirello

Mario graduated from the University of Windsor in 2002 with an Honours Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree in Movement Science. Since then, he has served as a Professional Clinical Kinesiologist in Essex County. Mario’s schooling includes Chronic Pain Management, Thoracic Stabilization, Lumbar Strengthening, Pre and Post Surgical Hip and Knee Strengthening, and Treatment of the Reconstructed ACL. Mario recently completed both Fundamental and Advanced Kinesio Taping courses.

Cristina Morasset, RPT

Cristina has been working as a Registered Physiotherapist in the area of outpatient orthopaedics since graduating from the University of Western Ontario in 1999. She is a member of the CPA, OPA, orthopaedic division. Additionally, Cristina has taken multiple post graduate courses in Manual Therapy, McKenzie Mechanical Assessment and Treatment, Acupuncture, Fundamentals of Kinesio Taping, and Advanced Kinesio Taping courses. Her strong interest in sports rehabilitation led her to attend the Fowler-Kennnedy Sports Symposiums to remain current in the field. Cristina is interested in assisting in the education of future physiotherapists as a supervisor for physiotherapy students.
Devon Younan, RPT

Devon received her Bachelor of Science degree from Hillsdale College in Michigan while on an athletic scholarship for volleyball. She earned her Master of Physiotherapy in 2010 from the University of Western Ontario. Since that time Devon has continued her studies in Acupuncture, Manual Therapy, McKenzie therapy of the cervical and lumbar spine, Kinesiotaping, Mulligan Manual Therapy, and with the Fowler-Kennedy clinic on “the unstable shoulder”. Devon has also become certified in pelvic therapy as it relates to urinary incontinence and/or pelvic pain in females.
Megan Byrne, RPT

Megan graduated from the University of Windsor in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts
and Science Degree in Biology and Psychology with Great Distinction. She completed her
Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Western Ontario in 2013. Megan is a CAMPT-Certified physiotherapist and a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of
Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). FCAMPT therapists have completed extensive post-graduate education in the area of orthopaedics. This training includes hands on treatment techniques that meet the International Federation of Manipulative Physical Therapy (IFOMPT) standards. In addition, Megan is certified in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT) A and B, the Mulligan Concept, Soft Tissue Release, Acupuncture and is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Megan provides research-guided physiotherapy that helps her patients get better quicker and get back to the activities that they love to do. She is committed to being a life-long learner in order to stay current in the field, and strives to deliver compassionate and individualized care for her patients.
Jessica Firman, RPT

Jessica graduated from the University of Windsor in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Biological Sciences. She obtained her Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Queen’s University in 2018. She has continued her education with post-graduate courses on chronic pain management and acupuncture. She looks to continue her knowledge of orthopedic assessment and manual therapy with many other continuing education courses. Jessica values the important of movement across all ages and strives to deliver patient-centered care with everyone she meets.

Laura graduated from the PTA program at Canadian College of Health, Science and Technology in July of 2013, where she was the recipient of the President’s Award for top academic performance. After completing her placement hours at Pinnacle’s LaSalle location, she was hired on as part of the team. She has completed Fundamentals of Kinesio Taping and Advanced Kinesio Taping courses, and applies these techniques in the clinic. She enjoys working alongside our talented therapists and she is passionate about delivering exceptional care to our patients.
Jill Bas, RPT

Jill graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree from the University of Windsor in 2010, and a Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2012. Jill is a Certified integrated Manual Therapist completing a series of 10 Manual intensive course through the Great Lakes Seminars in the United States. These included courses in the extremities, sacroiliac joint, cervical-thoracic and a four day synthesis course and exam. She has also completed her acupuncture certification through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada. She has completed Level 1 and 2 lower extremity courses through the Orthopaedic Division of the CPA, Mulligan Manual Therapy and a Functional Exercise and Strengthening Course. She has experience working with orthopaedic, geriatric, and peadiatric clientele.

Rob Graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of science in honours of biochemistry. He obtained his Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Alberta. He has continued his post graduate education taking courses in chronic pain management and shoulder theory & practice. He has a special interest in tendinopathy and sports related injuries. Rob values the importance of education, self-management, patient centered care, and exercise.
Curtis Murray-Watters, RPT

Curtis graduated from Queen`s University in 2011 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to this he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical and Health Education and an additional Bachelor Honor’s Degree with a Major in Health Studies. Earlier in his career, he worked at clinics in both Kingston and Windsor Ontario.
He has taken further coursework in manual therapy, proprioceptive/sports injury taping, Mulligan techniques, and acupuncture to help further facilitate his skill set and provide exemplary care. Curtis’ primary focus is working with those dealing with musculoskeletal injuries, as well as other orthopedic conditions. He is passionate about clinical education and has been teaching Physiotherapy Students during their clinical placements since 2014, and has been nominated for a Clinical Education Award from Queen’s University.
Curtis is passionate about his work as a Physiotherapist and strives to provide the best care possible for his patients.
Catherine Tremblay, RPT

Certified by the Acupuncture Foundation of CanadaCatherine graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy in 1997. Since then, she has gained experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities with a wide range of orthopaedic conditions. She is certified by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada to perform acupuncture as a healing modality for her patients. She is also enthusiastic about using soft tissue release techniques, targeted corrective exercises and Theralase Laser Therapy. She has taken extensive courses in the Mckenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment. Catherine has enjoyed working to help patients achieve their goals in the Leamington community for 20 years. She is a founder and owner of Renew Physiotherapy and a partner in Pinnacle Physiotherapy of Lakeshore. Her goal is to not only solve your musculoskeletal issues but prevent future injuries in the process.

Nyro completed his Master of Physical Therapy and Honours Specialization in Kinesiology at Western University. He looks to continue his education in orthopedics and manual therapy through post graduate courses and seminars. His passion for active living and strong desire to help others inspired him to pursue physiotherapy. Nyro’s goal for therapy is to provide you with the tools to improve your quality of life and become the best version of yourself. Nyro has experience working with patients with a variety of conditions.
